We recently had the good fortune of buying a property through Daniel Gonzalez and Maria Mantecon. Daniel and Maria are amazing people: honest, patient, always acting with professionalism, responsive and people of integrity. They’re genuine “people people” and a very safe pair of hands when buying a house (and making a major financial decision).

In our experience, Daniel and Maria worked tirelessly for their clients but were never pushy with either us or the vendors. They were always available for follow-up questions whenever requested. They knew their property backwards and came across as though they loved it as much as the owners had over the past 35 years. Of course, this enthusiasm was infectious and helped us to see the value of the property that they were marketing.

You could see that they had styled and photographed the property immaculately, with Maria’s architectural qualifications adding a unique edge to the way that they presented and described the home. The end result was a smooth sale, a really enjoyable process and an affinity was established between us and the sellers that was pretty unique.

The owners of this property were elderly had lived in the home for 35 years and you could see Daniel and Maria were really sensitive to the emotions that were attached to selling a life-long family home. We have a huge amount of respect for that. We’d certainly trust Daniel and Maria to sell our own parents’ homes, which is about the strongest endorsement we can offer!

If I had to describe “Team Gonzalez” in a few words it would be genuine, honest, patient and impressively persuasive. They’re just great people and are clearly in the real estate industry for the right reasons. It’s not often you’d glow about a sales experience but Daniel and Maria aren’t your average real estate sales team.
